MOSCOW, August 23 — RIA Novosti. A bill on warning drivers about the forced evacuation of their cars so that they can correct violations will be submitted to the State Duma, said Yaroslav Nilov (LDPR), chairman of the Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans’ Affairs.
