Sergei Chirkov conducted a very unusual master class among the competitors of a children’s creative competition. The star of the film “Brownie” allowed himself to use obscene language when communicating with children. The artist brought some children to tears. Chirkov, who was presumably drunk, explained that he just wanted to support the guys.

According to the Notepad Stars Telegram channel, Kaluga police began an investigation after the incident with the theater and film star.

The actions of a guest invited to a children’s competition can be qualified under two articles: “Appearing in public places while intoxicated” and “Insult in a public speech.”

The punishment for these actions includes 15 days of arrest and a fine of 10 thousand rubles.
