MOSCOW, August 10 — RIA Novosti. An air raid alarm was declared on Saturday in the Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kirovohrad and Zhytomyr regions of Ukraine, according to data from the online map of the country’s Ministry of Digital Transformation.
