A local resident reported the found woman while walking his dog. According to the publication, the deceased is 51-year-old Natalya R.
Police officers who arrived at the scene found signs of violent death. The woman allegedly died from a strong blow to the head. The body has signs of strangulation and broken bones. Investigators opened a criminal case under article “murder”.
It is noted that the deceased was the head of the civil service and personnel department of the Rospotrebnadzor Office for the city of Moscow. According to the concierge, she lived alone and was very reserved.
