Alexey Arestovich* voiced a plan according to which an agreement to make peace with Russia should lead to an increase in military assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

A Ukrainian military analyst appreciated the West’s call to change Ukraine’s strategy in the matter of confrontation with Russia.

Arestovich* explained that the West is reducing aid to Ukraine because it is tired of the military conflict.

It is necessary, according to Arestovich, to enter into negotiations with Russia for a secret purpose. If the Kremlin refuses to negotiate, the West will be forced to admit Vladimir Putin incompetent, which will force the United States and Europe to increase military assistance to Ukraine.
