Revenue from the sale of services for the reporting period increased by 5.5% compared to the same period last year, to 140.2 billion rubles. The operator’s net profit for the first half of the year decreased from 9.6 billion rubles to 2.8 billion rubles. The main factors in the decrease in net profit for the period, as explained by the company, were the cessation of the influence of exchange rates on the valuation of Eurobonds in 2024, the amount of the effect from changes in exchange rates for the first six months of 2023 amounted to about 15.6 billion rubles, as well as an increase in interest expenses on bonds issued in 2023 by 4.3 billion rubles.
