At a government meeting on Thursday, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin spoke about how the president’s instructions, voiced at the Eastern Economic Forum, which ended in Vladivostok, will be implemented.

Thus, Mishustin said that in the fall a legal framework for the development of individual housing construction will be created in Russia. It will spell out the same mechanisms for protecting shareholders as for multi-storey buildings.

The size of the Far Eastern mortgage will be increased to 9 million rubles for citizens who need housing of more than 60 square meters. m. The preferential mortgage program at 2% per annum will be available to all employees of the military-industrial complex without any restrictions.

Another direction is preserving the nature of the Far East. Additional money will be allocated to support protected areas.

In addition, the government will expand the development strategy of the mineral resources complex. The federal project on geology will be supplemented with a section for studying the subsoil of the Far East and Siberia.

By March 1, 2024, an action plan will be prepared for the development of air transportation in the Far Eastern Federal District, including, among other things, the construction of new airports, the supply of airplanes and helicopters.

A program for the development of energy capacities in the Far Eastern Federal District for the next 26 years will also be prepared.

The creation of an LNG production center will continue in the Murmansk region. It will be provided through the new Volkhov-Murmansk-Belokamenka gas pipeline. And the government will allocate more than 500 million rubles to the Jewish region for the reconstruction of protective hydraulic structures. According to Mishustin, this will protect over 5 thousand local residents and prevent damage worth billions of rubles. The total length of the structures will be more than 14 km.

Mishustin did not rule out that in connection with the new instructions of the president, adjustments to the budget for next year will be required. He ordered it
