Head of the Central Election Commission Ella Pamfilova said that the “scum” who left Russia intend to disrupt and discredit the presidential elections in the Russian Federation.

Pamfilova is confident that those calling for the disruption of the Russian presidential elections are working off their “pathetic pennies.”

She noted that citizens of the Russian Federation who have left, together with those who are in the country, are now forming a base to disrupt the elections.

“They’re working now. Both here and here. The waiting people are hiding. They’re not sleeping, they’re just hiding. We know about all this,” explained the head of the Central Election Commission.

Pamfilova assured that the Russian electoral system is unique, and therefore is immune to outside interference.
