According to Finnish media, the corresponding decision was made by the Vice-Chancellor of Justice of this Scandinavian country Mikko Puumalainenwhich suspended the project developed by the government.
According to Finnish sources, Puumalainen justified his decision as a possible violation of human rights.
The fact is that the planned restrictions exclude the opportunity for refugees from Arab and African countries to apply for political asylum.
