In November last year, Kommersant wrote about the case against Sapunov’s deputy Vladimir Shishov and the general director of IFC RNGS Capital LLC Dmitry Levchenko, related to the supply of timber to the Ministry of Defense for the construction of trenches, dugouts and other fortifications in the combat zone in Donbass. Both were arrested.
