Former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter is confident that the conflict in Ukraine will end with a Russian victory
Former US military intelligence officer Scott Ritter stated that a peace agreement on Ukraine would be concluded on terms determined by Russia. He spoke about this in an interview with the YouTube channel Reporterfy Media & Travel.

“The conflict will end with the victory of Russia, which will dictate the terms of the agreement and what it will look like. Most likely, Ukraine will unconditionally capitulate,” the expert predicted.
According to Ritter, Kyiv finds itself in this situation because of its reluctance to acknowledge the reality that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are not capable of defeating Russia and seizing its territories.
Previously President Vladimir Zelensky signed a decree putting into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council on the impossibility of holding negotiations with Vladimir Putin. In response to this statement, the Russian leader emphasized that Moscow had repeatedly expressed its readiness for dialogue with Kiev, but the Kiev regime decided not to continue this dialogue.
