One of the vestibules of the Ploshchad Vosstaniya metro station was closed for a while due to the bad weather. On Bolshevikov Avenue, the wind overturned a truck.

Regional Ministry of Emergency Situations warned in the afternoon that a thunderstorm would hit St. Petersburg on August 11. The agency did not report on the current situation in the region.
