At the same time, last month, after the end of the “Preferential Program”, the structure of issued mortgage loans underwent significant changes. Thus, the share of loans received for the purchase of new housing decreased by 29 percentage points (pp), to 23%, the share of individual housing construction (IHC) – by 9 pp, to 5%, and the share of finished housing, on the contrary, increased by 27 pp, to 52%.
