In Kaliningrad, three unknown persons in masks and balaclavas attacked a famous lawyer Anton Zaritsky.

The incident occurred in the city center, where Zaritsky was waylaid near his house on Tikhonenko Street. The attackers blocked his car, dragged him out of the Lexus and beat him with bats.

After this, the police announced the siren signal. More than 100 police officers in 35 vehicles took part in the search for the attackers, reports the Baza Telegram channel.

The lawyer was taken to the hospital with injuries to the head, torso and limbs.

In the previous year, Zaritsky himself became a defendant in a criminal case on charges of causing minor harm to health and hooliganism. The lawyer came into conflict with neighbors when his car blocked a woman’s exit. She called the traffic police, which angered the lawyer.

Local media reported that a few days later Zaritsky attacked the neighbors’ house, throwing stones at it, threatening him with a pistol (which was recorded on video), and then beat the husband of the offended woman. However, Zaritsky was able to achieve the closure of the criminal case – after 8 court hearings, a decision was made that there was no corpus delicti.
