Timur Khaidarov He has said more than once that since July of this year he and his family have been and are still being persecuted several times. Let us recall that in July singer Slava publicly stated that dissatisfied with the result of plastic surgery from the star surgeon Khaidarov. Lyubov Uspenskaya also joined her. Then online bullying began, and then death threats were made against the doctor and his family. The plastic surgeon was forced to contact the police. And recently, the Krasnogorsk, Meshchansky and Basmanny courts registered four claims from Khaidarov for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation – against Lyubov Uspenskaya, her daughter Tatyana Plaksina, Alexander Vdovin and Alexandra Rachel.

“It is no longer a secret that our family is under attack. Including from TG and YouTube channels. And I’m already silent about Timur’s photos and videos. And if you read what they write in their chat! I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I’m not going to stoop to their level. I will not create channels and name them after all opponents (and they are known). As we said, we are following exclusively the legal route. Claims for the protection of business reputation have been and will be filed, as well as applications to the relevant authorities,” Khaidarov’s wife Svetlana Silvashi told KP.RU.

The statement of claim addressed to Lyubov Uspenskaya states that Uspenskaya L.Z. disseminated false information that discredited honor and dignity and undermined business reputation, and also made offensive statements about Timur Khaidarov. During the broadcast on the federal TV channel “Russia 24” of the TV show “Vesti. Duty department” dated 08/05/2023 she said: “Butcher! He just cut my arms, I was all covered in scars and the stitches wouldn’t heal.”

Uspenskaya’s daughter Plaksin Tatyana Lilian said in an interview with several online resources: “I’ve been saying for a long time, we need to drown him, this butcher, we need to drown him. I’ve been saying this for years because he maimed so many.”

Khaidarov, through the court, intends to recognize this information as unreliable, and also oblige the defendant to refute it by publishing a refutation. In addition, the surgeon plans to seek moral compensation.

Information on the other two claims is publicly available on the Moscow City Court website. The lawsuit against Alexandra Rachel (real name Alla Kirsanova) also concerns the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. Let us recall that Alexandra Rachel, who calls herself the president of the Association of Victims of Plastic Surgery (however, this organization does not exist), sent a letter to Elena Drapeko, first deputy chairman of the Committee on Culture, deputy head of the faction “A Just Russia – for Truth” of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly RF – with a request to check the activities of Timur Khaidarov and take control.

Alexander Vdovin is a former patient of Khaidarov. He underwent buttock augmentation surgery with a surgeon in 2017. After the scandal with Slava and Lyubov Uspenskaya broke out in July, Alexander said that he was also dissatisfied with the result of the plastic surgery, which, according to him, led to a number of health problems. At the same time, for six years he never once complained to the clinic. Vdovin decided to demand compensation in the amount of 10 million rubles from Khaidarov. But the doctor refused. Then Vdovin began to threaten Timur and his family, in particular his wife Svetlana, on social networks.

“Vdovin threatened Timur Khaidarov, his wife Svetlana and their family throughout their entire vacation in Greece,” Khaidarov’s lawyer Alexander Benkhin told KP.RU. “He literally bombarded them with voice messages in which he threatened to meet them at the airport, come to their home, etc. At the same time, he did not always do this in an adequate state. He specifically intimidated them. Timur’s wife was even afraid to return from vacation,” Alexander Benkhin told KP.RU.

First, Svetlana Silvashi went to the police, and now to the court.
