Ma’aden Imider Company’s turnover reached 780 million dirhams at the end of September 2023, an increase of 40 percent compared to the same period a year ago.

The company explained, in a statement about its financial indicators, that during the third quarter of the current year alone, the number of transactions reached 248 million dirhams, a significant improvement compared to the same period of the previous year.

She attributed this improvement, mainly, to the increase in the volume of silver production thanks to the increase in quarry production.

On the other hand, the company attributed this increase to the increase in the volume of silver production and sales, the increase in the average selling price by 5 percent, and the strengthening of the dollar/dirham currency pair.

Regarding investments at the end of September of this year, they amounted to 123 million dirhams, of which 38 percent was allocated to research work.

Net debt amounted to minus 201 million dirhams, a decrease of 257 million dirhams compared to the end of 2022, mainly thanks to the improved self-financing capacity, which includes investment financing needs.
