Over the past month, the number of issued mortgage loans for new buildings decreased threefold: from 95.4 thousand in June to 31.9 thousand in July. In the private home construction segment, the situation is even more critical – the number of loans decreased by 6.25 times, from 25 thousand to 4 thousand, as indicated in the report.
