The latest data from Eurostat showed a slight price drop in September: Russian imported gas arrived in Hungary for EUR 0.313 per cubic meter, converted to HUF 121.

According to them, since July – the third month in a row – the purchase price has hovered around HUF 120.
Since then, we can say that (in euros) the price of natural gas has roughly fallen by one-seventh compared to the peak of October last year, when it peaked at 2.522 euros/cubic meter, i.e. around HUF 1,000.
