Pasta with red fish, tomatoes and cream: prepare while the pasta is cooking

The good thing about pasta with red fish is that it’s not just very tasty, it’s a dish that can be prepared in just a moment. All the prep work lasts no longer than it takes to cook the pasta! You will need (proportions are arbitrary):

  • tomatoes (2-3 pieces),
  • a pack of pasta,
  • fillet of red fish (for example, pink salmon),
  • a bunch of spinach,
  • cream (20% fat),
  • salt,
  • Italian seasoning.

Preparation

  1. We cut the red fish fillet into cubes and also chop the tomatoes.
  2. If the spinach is young, leave it unchanged, and if the spinach leaves are already a little older, lightly chop it.
  3. Then, in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the tomato cubes for two minutes over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped fish to the tomatoes, season with salt and fry everything together for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Then add the spinach and cream, mix gently and reduce the heat to low, simmer everything together for another minute and a half.

Our dish is ready! It turns out very quickly, tasty and perfect. You can serve it on a nice plate with pasta that has had time to cook, and put a layer of creamy fish on top. Bon appetit!
