Pasta with red fish, tomatoes and cream: prepare while the pasta is cooking

The good thing about pasta with red fish is that it’s not just very tasty, it’s a dish that can be prepared in just a moment. All the prep work lasts no longer than it takes to cook the pasta! You will need (proportions are arbitrary):
- tomatoes (2-3 pieces),
- a pack of pasta,
- fillet of red fish (for example, pink salmon),
- a bunch of spinach,
- cream (20% fat),
- salt,
- Italian seasoning.
Preparation
- We cut the red fish fillet into cubes and also chop the tomatoes.
- If the spinach is young, leave it unchanged, and if the spinach leaves are already a little older, lightly chop it.
- Then, in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the tomato cubes for two minutes over medium heat.
- Add the chopped fish to the tomatoes, season with salt and fry everything together for about 3-4 minutes.
- Then add the spinach and cream, mix gently and reduce the heat to low, simmer everything together for another minute and a half.
Our dish is ready! It turns out very quickly, tasty and perfect. You can serve it on a nice plate with pasta that has had time to cook, and put a layer of creamy fish on top. Bon appetit!
