Earlier, on July 6, the official representative MFA RF Maria Zakharova stated that international legal institutions have degraded, and discrimination against everything and everyone connected with Russia has become the norm in European countries. Against this background, she added, the Russian side recommends using the resources of the judicial system of such countries, including multilateral human rights mechanisms – to send claims, including to the European Court of Human Rights.
