According to the text of the decree, published on the official portal of legal information, changes are being made to the regulations on the FSMTC. According to these changes, the FSMTC as a federal executive body will carry out “the functions of developing and implementing state policy, legal regulation, control and supervision in the field of military-technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states.”
