Residents of Chelyabinsk showed dragon clouds

On Monday, November 20, residents of Chelyabinsk captured an unusual phenomenon: “dragon” clouds appeared in the sky. About it writes 74.RU.

Experts explained that such waves in the sky are sometimes called Kelvin-Helmholtz clouds. For their appearance, many factors must be observed. Thus, lighter air should be located above the heavier one, wind speeds in the upper and lower layers should differ, and cloudiness should exist only in the lower layer.

“Dragon” clouds are considered a very rare phenomenon and portend worsening weather.

Previously, an unusual phenomenon was noticed in the United States. There’s the sky at sunset divided into two parts.
