According to the bill, a benefit for schoolchildren will be paid once a year, and it will not depend on the family’s income or the number of children. The payment is proposed to be made in the amount of the child subsistence minimum. This is not the first time such a bill has been proposed; all previous initiatives have been rejected, Roskachestvo noted.
