The St. Petersburg Exchange carried out settlements on transactions with foreign securities concluded from November 1, before the imposition of sanctions by the US Treasury on the trading platform. According to a press release from the St. Petersburg Exchange, the settlements were carried out on November 20. Today, November 21, operations on Russian securities and funds in rubles began without restrictions and as usual.
