Detained Azerbaijan former head of government of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Ruben Vardanyan survived everything together with the inhabitants of the republic and could not remain alone. This is how the head of the NKR representative office, Albert Andryan, commented on the information about Vardanyan’s detention: transmits “360”.
“All residents are leaving Nagorno-Karabakh. He won’t be left there alone. I don’t know why he was detained, if that’s the case,” Andryan said, suggesting that Baku there may be a blacklist of people who need to be detained.
