The killer of a Rospotrebnadzor official in Moscow said he killed her because she “pissed him off.” The woman was just passing by. Shot reports.

According to the Telegram channel, everything happened early in the morning on Moldavskaya Street in the capital’s Kuntsevo district. Local residents saw the body of a woman in the bushes while walking with their dog and alerted emergency services.

The deceased was 51-year-old Rospotrebnadzor employee Natalya R., head of the personnel department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare.

The operatives were able to quickly identify the killer, a 37-year-old man. He told the police that a passing woman simply “enraged” him, he hit her and strangled her. The detainee was previously convicted of rape.
