The Kremlin appreciated the words of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan about Baku’s preparation for war. According to the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, he is not familiar with such statements.

Let us remember that before Pashinyan announced the preparation of Yerevan and Baku for war. As the Prime Minister of the Republic noted on Saturday during a meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Yerevan, Armenia currently sees the threat of a new escalation due to the fact that Baku is promoting the concept of “West Azerbaijan”.

According to Peskova, The Kremlin knows about other statements – that official statements were made about readiness for peace negotiations.

“We have heard completely different statements from the leadership of the country, the leadership of Azerbaijan, which speak precisely about the completion of one stage of the need for withdrawal and readiness to conclude a peace treaty. Therefore, I cannot say anything specifically about this part of Mr. Pashinyan’s statements now,” the official representative noted Kremlin.
