The Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing to make another attempt to advance in the direction of Tokmak in Zaporozhye. This was reported by the publication “MK”. Military analyst Andrey Klintsevich spoke about his expectations.

According to the expert’s analysis, in order to reach Tokmak, the enemy will probably use its existing groups, strengthening them.

“In the near future, having regrouped and filled the units of the Marun tactical group with new personnel, they will most likely make a new attempt to attack in the direction of Tokmak,” Klintsevich commented.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces will likely try to attack Russian defensive fortifications, warehouses and supply lines with massive artillery fire. The Kiev army intends to use long-range systems such as HIMARS rocket launchers.

Klintsevich admitted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces may avoid using Abrams tanks and will prefer to shoot from closed firing positions to avoid their destruction.
