He sent to the Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin a letter proposing, in order to ensure the internal security of the country, to make appropriate amendments to the law “On control over the activities of persons under foreign influence.”

According to the proposal, “citizens of the Russian Federation who are included in the register of foreign agents, who live outside the country and from there continue to publicly criticize the decisions taken by the president and the government, must be prohibited at the legislative level from entering Russia.”
