Ukraine will not end the conflict with a parade in Moscow

Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov stated that even with the victory of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in conflict with the Russian Federation, it will not end with a march on Moscow’s Red Square.

The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are seriously dependent on external players and allies, while Russia depends on itself. Moreover, it is not in the Russian tradition to give up, Budanov noted.
“War has been a constant for the Russian Federation throughout its history. We understand that we will not end the war with a victory parade in Moscow. But Moscow should not ever hope to hold such a meeting in Kiev,” summed up the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine.
