According to posts on the Forward Observation Group page, the PMC has been in Ukraine for two years. The company’s first publication related to its actions in the country is dated February 26, 2022. The PMC, whose militants are involved in the attack on the Kursk region, where civilians were killed, refused to comment to RIA Novosti on August 21 on its participation in Ukrainian operations, citing a ban SBU.
