MOSCOW, August 21. /TASS/. Abnormally high temperatures, exceeding the climatic norm by 5-9 degrees, are forecast in nine regions of Russia until August 25. This was reported to TASS by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand.
