“The ambulance forces and Volgograd’s reference hospitals have been put on alert, and medical specialists have been sent to the Surovikinskaya Central Regional Hospital. There are enough forces and resources to provide assistance to the victims,” Bocharov reported on the regional administration’s Telegram channel.
According to him, an operational headquarters has been created in the region to coordinate the work to free the hostages from the colony. The governor clarified that there is no threat to the civilian population.
