  • turkey.

Fish should also be lean. It can be boiled, steamed or baked.

As for cereals, oatmeal and buckwheat have a very beneficial effect on the body. Fruits and berries are also allowed, but it is important that they are not sour. You can include dried fruits in your diet. You can eat different vegetables; they are allowed to be eaten both raw and boiled or boiled. You can eat non-acidic sauerkraut.
