Women’s Hockey Team is crowned world champion

“We did it!” With these words, the Colombian Ice Hockey Federation confirmed the victory of the women’s team in the Women’s Development Cup, after defeating Luxembourg.

This world tournament took place in Kuwait between November 6 and 12, 2022, bringing together various teams from around the world, including Ireland, Andorra, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait, among others.

“After the victory against Luxembourg, Colombia is crowned champion of the Women’s Development Cup. Thanks to all our fans in Kuwait and the support we receive from different parts of the world,” the Federation indicated through its social networks.

This victory adds to the notable victories obtained by the Colombian Women’s Soccer Team, which managed to be runner-up in the world tournament.
