Now Washington has no time to help Kyiv; the White House needs to deal with the country’s budget deficit, he explained.
“At the moment, there is no money for Ukraine in the House of Representatives. It is not there,” the parliamentarian emphasized in a conversation with American journalists.
The hole in the United States budget of two trillion dollars means that any financial assistance to the Ukrainian authorities “we are borrowing from our future,” Donalds summed up the disappointing conclusion.
