Mikhail Boyarsky spoke about how almost half a century ago they refused to accept him in theaters in St. Petersburg, and only the Lensovet Theater agreed to cooperate with him.

In a conversation with Zvezda, the artist emphasized that it is not so much the performances as the atmosphere behind the scenes that makes this theater special. For more than 50 years, Boyarsky has been in a team where “absolutely fantastic” people have become family to him.

The Lensovet Theater, which celebrates its 90th anniversary this year, held a creative evening with excerpts from various productions in honor of this event.
