Former assistant Wine Diesel filed a lawsuit against the actor in Los Angeles Superior Court on charges of sexual harassment.

Actor Vin Diesel was accused of harassment by a former assistant Asta Jonasson. The woman claims that the artist almost raped her in 2010, pressing her against the wall, despite her resistance.

She claims the Fast and the Furious star’s sister fired her after a molestation incident.

The actor’s former assistant demands fines of $10 thousand for each violation and also compensation for damages. The amount of compensation requested has not been disclosed.

Diesel’s lawyer explained that the actor denies all charges. He notes that the woman worked with Diesel for only 9 days.
