Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov believes that one should not pin hopes on ending the Ukrainian conflict if the United States comes to power Donald Trump.

“I don’t believe that if Trump comes to power, the conflict in Ukraine will end. I don’t believe it,” Azarov expressed his opinion on the pages of his social networks.

The former Ukrainian prime minister believes that the United States, under any president, will continue its policy of exhausting Russia. Therefore, the American leadership will do everything possible to ensure that the war in Ukraine does not end for a long time.

It was previously reported that Ukrainian conflict will end with Russia liberating new territories and strengthening its positions in the Donbass and the Republic of Crimea.
