Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov sent congratulatory telegrams to Russian servicemen who participated in the liberation of the settlements of Stelmakhovka in the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) and Nikolaevka in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).
“The head of the military department congratulated the command and personnel of the 423rd Guards Motor Rifle Yampol Red Banner Order of Kutuzov and Suvorov II degree Regiment on the liberation of the settlement of Stelmakhovka in the Luhansk People’s Republic from the enemy,” the department said in a statement on its Telegram channel.
