Nikitina also says that in order to conclude an SPCC by the end of this year, it is important “to analyze the possibility of concluding it now, to think through the parameters and features of its application in relation to the planned investment project.” In addition, it is necessary to prepare the required package of documents (including, in particular, an investor’s application, an investment project passport, a business plan, a financial model), determine the list of supporting infrastructure facilities, the costs of which are expected to be reimbursed, and draw up a list of regulatory legal acts subject to stabilization within the framework of the concluded SPCC, taking into account the specifics of the planned project, she lists.
