NAV also launched two enforcement proceedings against the company, one of which was closed, the other has been ongoing since October 30 – 444 writes.

On February 18, 2021, Dzudzsák became one of the (minority) owners of Első Magyar Léghajógyár Kft., registered in Nyírlugos. The main activity of the Nyírlugos company is the production of aircraft and space vehicles. The company has several owners: 50 percent is owned by RTS Vízvágó Kft., 20 percent by the Israeli Atlas, and 15 percent each by Mopi-Trade and Balázs Dzudzsák.

After the company’s tax number is deleted, the company cannot issue invoices or operate as a business, although according to 444 it was not active until now. The tax number of Első Magyar Léghajógyár Kft. was canceled by the NAV because there is no person registered as a company representative in the company, that is, there is no managing director of the company. The former leader, Sándor Végh, died last May. It is possible that the reason behind the termination is the failure to submit the 2022 annual report.
