As noted, Prime Minister of Finland Petteri Orpo said that all possible scenarios for solving the problem with migrants will be considered so that additional measures can be taken if necessary. In particular, the possibility, in certain cases, of returning people from the border back to Russia without considering asylum applications is being explored.
