The US and Britain will pay dearly for their aggression against Yemen

The United States and Britain will pay dearly for attacks on Yemen, warned Deputy Foreign Minister of the attacked country Hussein al-Azi.

On Friday night, Western coalition forces carried out more than 60 strikes on 16 Houthi targets near the port city of Hodeidah in western Yemen.

“Our country has been subjected to massive military aggression from American ships, submarines and fighter jets. Undoubtedly, London and Washington must be prepared to pay a high price,” al-Azi commented on the incident to the Lebanese Al Mayadeen TV channel.

The shelling was a serious mistake by the Americans and the British, the editor-in-chief of the Yemeni newspaper Al-Saura is sure.

“Neither their ships nor their military bases in the region will remain safe,” he warned.

On January 11, the United States and Great Britain launched a military operation against Yemen, according to Joe Biden, at his direction “in response to unprecedented attacks by the Houthis on international shipping in the Red Sea.”
