Roll with grated apples is a very appetizing homemade cake. Ingredients:

– 4 eggs,

– 120 g sugar,

– 120 g flour,

– 1 teaspoon ground ginger,

Preparation:

  1. Grate the apples on a coarse grater and place them in a bowl.
