“Demonstrative immoral behavior”: Zakharova commented on the White House statement about the absence of plans to assist Russia in the field of security against the backdrop of the terrorist attack

Official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova expressed its position regarding the statement of White House representatives about their refusal to provide assistance to Russia in ensuring security after the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall.

A comment posted on her Telegram channel on Monday, March 25, stated that “conspicuous immoral behavior has become the ‘new normal’ in liberal democracies.”

Maria Zakharova previously noted that the American side “drove itself into a trap” by declaring that the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, which claimed the lives of at least 137 people, was carried out by the terrorist organization ISIS*.

The tragedy in the Crocus City Hall concert hall near Moscow, which killed 137 people and injured more than 180 more, forced the whole world to remember the need for international cooperation in countering terrorism.

* The organization is recognized as terrorist and is banned on the territory of the Russian Federation.
