VTB clients wrote off 24.3 billion accruals in bonuses and rubles, or 6% more than last year. In multibonuses, the bank transferred 22.8 billion to clients (+12% compared to 2022), of which 7.4 billion were spent by clients on the purchase of goods under the program, another 11.1 billion were exchanged for rubles in the ratio of 1 bonus – 0.85 ₽ (total 9.4 billion rubles). VTB considers the reason for the increase in bonus accruals to be a general increase in customer spending against the backdrop of market growth.
