“If I’m on a diet and I break down, I have bulimia attacks. In cases of overeating, I went to the toilet – and two fingers in my mouth. For example, for a piece of cake I will go to the toilet. But this, of course, does not happen every day. This can happen on New Year’s, when there’s a lot of herring and crab salad,” she shared candidly.
Super.ru writes that Malinovskaya mentions that she tried many different diets and came to the conclusion that intermittent fasting is the most difficult for her. This method involves periods of severe food restriction followed by periods of normal eating. In her case, this means that she can only eat for 8 hours a day and fast for the remaining 16 hours. Masha notes that this diet is too difficult for her and could likely have a negative impact on her physical and emotional well-being.
