Making pancakes from chicken fillet is a simple process that won’t take much time. Unlike regular pancakes, these pancakes do not fall apart during cooking or burn, and very easily achieve the desired consistency.

To prepare chicken pancakes from the site you will need chicken fillet, hard cheese, egg, flour and mayonnaise. If you are cooking for children, you can replace mayonnaise with sour cream, which will give them an even more delicate taste.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 200 g chicken fillet,
  • 80 g hard cheese,
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. l. flour,
  • 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise,
  • salt to taste.


  1. First, finely chop the chicken fillet with a sharp knife.
  2. Then add grated cheese, egg, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Add half a tablespoon of flour and mix well again. If the mixture is too runny, add another half tablespoon of flour. The amount of flour may depend on the mayonnaise liquid (or sour cream) and the size of the egg.
  3. Using a spoon, place the chicken mixture into a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve the pancakes with a sauce, such as tomato. Another serving option is with sour cream or mustard. You can also add fresh herbs or a tossed salad as a side dish.
