According to the head of the regional Rospotrebnadzor Dmitry Goryaeva 28-year-old patient was hospitalized with signs of poisoning. He also emphasized: the man often ate fly agaric mushrooms because he thought they could improve his health. Doctors and law enforcement officers are finding out what the Krasnoyarsk man planned to recover from.

As Rospotrebnadzor explained, in 2023 in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, six people were poisoned after eating toxic mushrooms.

Sanitary doctors explained that fly agarics, if eaten, can be fatal.

Previously nutritionist Ekaterina Ivannikova recommended that elderly Russians not overuse dishes with mushrooms, especially if they have problems with the gastrointestinal tract, liver and kidneys.
